'Round the fire: Nathan, Chris, Sam and Jack

What a blaze! It has been hot and dry for a fire, but we wanted to get rid of a brush pile that has been sitting for weeks.

Jesse and Daddy finished the pool deck by adding a railing and stairs.

Well, besides this, the only news is that we all have been (or still are) sick. Just a nasty little virus, but enough to keep us a little down. We celebrated Father's Day last night with fried chicken, mashed potatoes, butter beans and bread. We topped it off with peach cobbler and ice cream and not many of us were interested in eating much this morning!
